End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

ByteShield Technologies Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the ByteShield application in binary object-code form solely on personal computers running supported 64-bit Windows operating systems.

2. Installation & Activation Limits

Each software license key may only be active simultaneously on the designated number of systems authorized by your purchased tier. Activation is validated via a secure cryptographic token exchange over HTTPS.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The software, UI designs, heuristic scanning algorithms, and documentation are proprietary assets of ByteShield Technologies Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

4. Windows System Interaction & Privileges

ByteShield operates with standard user and administrative privileges when performing registry sanitation, startup service configuration, and real-time Antimalware Scan Interface (AMSI) hooks.

Before deleting temporary caches or modifying registry values, ByteShield generates an internal rollback manifest allowing safe restoration of changed values.

5. Termination of License

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement terminate automatically if you breach any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall ByteShield from your machines.

6. Export Controls & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable United States and international export control laws, and not to transfer the software to prohibited entities, regions, or individuals under embargo.
